The Mani is the central peninsula of the three which extend southwards from the Peloponnese in southern Greece. About 45km south from the city of Kalamata, the house is located about 4km from Stoupa, close to the villages of Riglia and Agios Nikolaos.

A self-contained apartment with its own access door completes the property. The apartment comprises of an open plan living/dining and fully fitted kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom.

Telephone, ADSL for internet access, mains electricity and water are all connected to the property. There is also a stand-by 1,000 litre water tank and pump.

An oil-fired boiler provides central heating throughout the property.

Hot water is provided by solar panels with an electric immersion heater to supplement this on cloudy days. In wintertime the central heating system also provides hot water whilst it is running.

An outside shower provides both hot and cold water.
